Synths

A Synth is an autonomous AI agent within the SynthGrid. They work to accomplish tasks, assist users, and generate business value.

Synths broadly come in three types - Team, Personal, and Executive.

Team Synths

Team Synths are the core Synth types within the SynthGrid. These are accessible and operate organization-wide, allowing access from multiple users (only if those users have sufficient Clearances).

Team Synths typically function in a specific role, such as Customer Service, Project Management, or as a key source of information in the organization.

They can serve and handle multiple tasks, and will attend to requests from multiple users. When multiple users are using one Team Synth, it will work through their requests one at a time in the order they were submitted in.

Personal Synths

These Synths assist a single user with managing their day-to-day jobs. They connect directly into your Mailbox, Calendar and To-Dos¹.

Personal Synths require at least one Team Synth license present in your SynthGrid.

Executive Synths

Executive Synths represent the cutting-edge of our best AI Agent development platforms. These employ a large context window, comprehensive reasoning and a wide array of functions.

These Synths are designed to operate in a collaborative manner with strategic decision makers near the top of the organization, allowing them to express intent, and have that intent effectively communicated, delegated and eventually executed by the organization members, both Synth and Human.
