MindFront is a business application that may only be used by clients who have executed a commercial license agreement with MindFront. That license agreement is the legally binding document that governs all terms of MindFront use.

Without that valid license agreement in place, MindFront will not set up a MindFront server for Client, without which MindFront is completely inaccessible.

Clients must ensure their use of MindFront complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and any relevant third-party platform terms of service.

MindFront must not be used for any illegal, harmful, discriminatory, deceptive or otherwise unethical purposes, including but not limited to:

Infringing intellectual property, privacy or data protection rights
Facilitating illegal activities like fraud, unauthorized system access, or malware distribution
Generating, distributing or promoting hate speech, false information, violent/adult content, or spam

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in suspension or termination of the client’s MindFront license.
