SynthGrid is built and operated by MindFront (PTY) Ltd, based in Cape Town, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information MindFront collects in connection with the SynthGrid platform and how we use it.

What We Collect

Administrative contact information. When you subscribe to SynthGrid, we collect your name, email address, and billing information necessary to manage your subscription. Billing is processed by our designated payment provider; MindFront does not store payment card details.

Operational telemetry (opt-in only). If you opt in to platform monitoring, your SynthGrid instance may transmit system-level telemetry to MindFront, such as uptime, resource usage, software version, and error reports. This telemetry is not designed to include your business data, task content, AI Agent conversations, or credentials.

Support communications. If you contact us for support, we retain the correspondence to assist you.

What We Do Not Collect

MindFront does not, by default, access, collect, or process any data residing within your SynthGrid instance. Your task content, AI Agent conversations, knowledge bases, credentials, API keys, and business data remain exclusively within your isolated environment.

Data Processing Role

MindFront is not a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR or equivalent legislation. MindFront provides infrastructure and software; the Customer controls all data within its own instance. MindFront does not process personal data on behalf of the Customer.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Provide and maintain your SynthGrid subscription.
  • Process payments.
  • Communicate with you about your service (notices, updates, support).
  • Monitor and improve service availability (where you have opted in to telemetry).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your administrative contact information for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Telemetry data is retained only as long as necessary for its stated purpose.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under Applicable Data Protection Legislation (such as POPIA or GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@mindfront.ai.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least thirty (30) days’ notice via the email address of your designated administrative contact.
