MindFront Privacy Policy

MindFront is built and operated by MindFront (PTY) Ltd, based in Cape Town, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information MindFront collects in connection with the MindFront platform and how we use it.

What We Collect

Administrative contact information. When you subscribe to MindFront, we collect your name, email address, and billing information necessary to manage your subscription. Billing is processed by our designated payment provider; MindFront does not store payment card details.

MindFront Terms of Service

MindFront is a business application that may only be used by clients who have executed a commercial license agreement with MindFront. That license agreement is the legally binding document that governs all terms of MindFront use.

Without that valid license agreement in place, MindFront will not set up a MindFront server for Client, without which MindFront is completely inaccessible.

Clients must ensure their use of MindFront complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and any relevant third-party platform terms of service.
